Using the flight safety model, we will provide you with insights into how to improve business performance by analysing how the aviation industry improves the safety of its operations through emphasising a team approach.
Our corporate training activities are conducted by our staff of dedicated trainers, all of whom have extensive backgrounds in aviation training, flight safety, accident investigation and human performance improvement, as well as business management. This depth of experience is combined with unique access to a range of flight simulators (full-motion airliner through to helicopters) to provide innovative, hands-on, entertaining and compelling training programs that will motivate, develop and stretch team members. You don't need to be a pilot (we'll take care of all that). All you need to concentrate on is having fun and getting the most out of this unique training opportunity.
Intensive 1, 2 or 3-day programs are available, and are all aimed at senior level executive management and company directors. The courses combine presentations on leadership and team skills with rigorous case study analysis and group discussions, and also practical experience of applying the skills learned. Participants will examine a series of actual aircraft accidents and incidents in depth, and see how team performance and leadership can significantly affect the outcome of such critical events. Real-world business scenarios and case studies will also be examined. The discussion sessions will concentrate on drawing parallels between the aviation environment and the business world, and linking the two together in terms of practical applications of leadership, communication, team skills and crisis management techniques. The flight simulator exercises, conducted in a novel and challenging environment, help to reinforce these key skills, and allow participants to put them into practice during real-time critical events. These programs are designed to not only be informative and challenging, but also fun and engaging. They represent a truly innovative approach to developing and fostering essential business skills.

An intensive program that builds on the material covered in the command course. In addition to the command program, this workshop includes more involved consideration of crisis management techniques and human performance improvement tools. Key elements are communication and team-work. Includes 2 hours flight simulation time per person. The second hour involves specific team-based crisis management activities on the flight-deck. |

Flight Options
We can also offer our clients the opportunity to undertake actual flights, in either fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters. These flights take in some spectacular scenery, and participants have the option (if they like) to take the controls themselves. All of the flights are operated by experienced instructor pilots. These flights can not only add to the fun and excitement of the overall training, but also build on the experience gained in the simulators. Tailored In-House Solutions
We can of course offer you a tailored solution to your corporate training requirements. We can modify any of our programs or work with you to create a customised program specific to your organisation's requirements. We can also come to you to deliver any of our programs. We have 2 options for in-house programs as seen in the table below. These programs are run in your facility (boardroom or training room), or at a nearby centre. These programs do not involve flight simulator access, but the content is similar to the full programs outlined above.
