Flight Medicine Systems' FlightMed CBT™ system is our flagship aviation medicine training program. It can be supplied either as a completely stand-alone computer-based training system for deployment across a customer's intranet system, or via secure access to a dedicated members' only area of the Flight Medicine Systems' website. This CBT system allows an individual to undergo comprehensive aviation medicine and human factors training. The program also incorporates a learning management system and student database, and includes knowledge review capabilities. The FlightMed CBT™ package combines sophisticated multi-media tools with sound, video, images and comprehensive theory materials in an interesting and engaging way. The academic information is modular, and customers can choose which of the modules they wish to include in their FlightMed CBT™ system, based on the nature of their flight operations. Some of the modules are specific for military applications only.
The FlightMed CBT™ system is designed for both civil and military applications, for fixed-wing and rotary-wing operations, and single-pilot or multi-crew environments. The system includes full installation and integration support, as well as an update service and support centre. Additional modules designed to meet specific customer requirements can be developed and integrated into the system.
