Confirmation, Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

On receipt of full payment, you will receive confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice/receipt within 1 week. Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellations received in writing at least 10 working days prior to nominated program date will receive a full refund (less $55 administration fee per cancelled registered participant). No refunds will be paid on cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to the event. All refunds will be made after the nominated event. Attendance at an alternate program may be possible – registrants should contact FlightMed Corporate Solutions directly for details if required.
